With one sheet of newspaper and fold it in half widthways.
Roll the paper up thinly into a tube.
Curl the roll around to make a complete circle. You can overlap the roll ends to make the wheel a similar width to your other symbols.
With a smaller roll, repeat the process to make the circle for the inner wheel piece.
Roll a thinner roll of paper and stick with tape to keep the roll tight. Cut this roll into 6 spokes for the wheel and tape into place.
