With one sheet of newspaper and fold it in half lengthways.
Roll the paper up thinly into a tube.
Fold the roll on half. Where this fold is, make a finger sized loop and tape just below this point.
On the 'leg like' parts, turn the ends over and then curl the 'legs' upwards towards the loop. Stick some sticky tape in a long piece across the back of the arched legs and the middle part. This is to hold the anchor in shape. You need to remember to remove this tape when you paper mache the reveres side of the spoon.
With two other small rolls of paper, make the cross part of the anchor.
